Upscale Development Company Limited is a privately owned real estate player focusing on Real Estate industry developments together with property management in most Bangkok areas, we constantly participate in cities on going projects such as the BTS sky train projects which we use to determined the future possibilities in real estate businesses and the industries investment opportunities. The founders of UDCL™ had a family owned real estate operations since 1969, with skills in real estate investment, developing, and property management, our service made us gain more trust from other clients.
Our knowledge in city planing with passion in designing masterplans in the real estate development projects became a success in completed more than 30+ Golf course and housing projects in the past 24 years with a total investment of over 30 billion baht particularly in Thailand. Presently our new business plan by venturing business partners from the past has managed to rebuild stronger relationship among our friends and expanding our office facilities in two locations in Bangkok with collaboration of business related services in the real estate industry, UDCL™ had improved management over the past year in providing one stop real estate service for clients in Thailand. The company has several ongoing projects, including well selected property farming for targeted investors, together with development of residential complexes an upcoming retail & entertainment project and planned redevelopment projects.
As long as there are people living in Thailand, the services of UDCL™ will always be needed. Businesses need facilities to operate from and families and individuals need shelters hence the demand for UDCL™. To help them solve these need, we well positioned our company to take on the business challenge that are synonymous in the real estate industry, we will meet customers target of generating enough reputation from operations and grow the business beyond Bangkok to other region in Thailand within record time.
Part of our business strategy is to ensure that we work within the budget of our clients to deliver excellent properties to them. The real estate industry is based on commission, and properties are valued by professionals based on the area the facility is located, the type of facility and other factors. Since we are not directly in control of the pricing system in the real estate industry, we can only abide by what is obtainable when it comes to pricing structure. The market trends in the real estate industry is such that, compensation is conventionally based on a percentage of the sales price, split between the buying and selling brokers, and then between the agent(s) and his/her real estate agency.
We are set to spread our tentacles beyond Bangkok City to other parts of Thailand which is why we have partnered some of the best hands in the real estate industry to help us lay a solid foundation for growth and expansion of the business. Part of the sustainability strategy that we have adopted is continues training of our workforce (both full time staff and freelancers working for us) so as to provide them with the capacity to perform effectively in the highly competitive real estate industry in the Thailand.
